Lansdowne High School (LHS), formerly known as Lansdowne Sr. High School, and currently known as the Lansdowne High School Academy for Advanced Professional Studies, is a four-year public high school in Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. The school at its current location of 3800 Hollins Ferry RoadHalethorpe, MD, 21227was constructed and doors opened for students in the Fall of 1963.
The school’s mascot is the Viking, it’s school newspaper is called the Rurik and it’s literary magazine is called the Eddas. The school colors are Blue and Red (actually a dark blue and maroon are the original colors.)
